Welcome to FoxLab! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FoxLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

FoxLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that FoxLab deems inappropriate or harmful to the Service or other users.

OWNERSHIP

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including all games, applications, software, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, names, dialogue, catch phrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character profile information, recordings, and game play) are owned by FoxLab.

FoxLab reserves all rights, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Service. These Terms do not grant you any rights to FoxLab's trademarks, service marks, or logos. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices on the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or property interest in your account. FoxLab may suspend, terminate, modify, or delete your account at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you.

USER CONTENT

The Service may allow you to create, post, or transmit content, including messages, text, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant FoxLab a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

You acknowledge that FoxLab may monitor, record, and review your communications and interactions within the Service, including chat messages and voice communications. You waive any expectation of privacy in such communications.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, harmful, or violates these Terms.

FoxLab reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that FoxLab deems inappropriate, without notice to you.

FEES AND PURCHASES

The Service may include virtual currency, virtual goods, or other items that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay ("Virtual Items"). You understand and agree that Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value from FoxLab or any third party.

All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You acknowledge that FoxLab has the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. FoxLab shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that FoxLab exercises any such rights.

If your account is terminated or suspended, you will lose access to all Virtual Items associated with your account, and FoxLab will not provide any compensation for such loss.

Prices for Virtual Items are subject to change without notice. FoxLab may offer certain Virtual Items for a limited time and may modify, discontinue, or restrict access to Virtual Items at any time.

UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

FoxLab reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice to you. You agree that FoxLab shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

The Service may automatically download and install updates from time to time. These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the Service and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules, or completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Service.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FoxLab. FoxLab has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that FoxLab shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FOXLAB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

FOXLAB MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOXLAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL FOXLAB'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FOXLAB FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FoxLab and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

CHANGES TO TERMS

FoxLab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

TERMINATION

FoxLab may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without FoxLab's prior written consent. FoxLab may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: FoxLab's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FoxLab regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
